About Me

I have been working in the retail sector for more than 17 years with experience in shrink management, inventory management, supply chain, and project management , audit,  risk & compliance, loss prevention & security in global retailers like Tesco, Carrefour, Watsons and GMG. 

I am a subject matter expert in shrink and inventory management.

I experienced in both administrative and integrity related shrinkage topics in my career.

I designs write, and implement policies & procedures and do the compliance audits based on TAPA standards and the company's policies and procedures.  Since I hold hold the IOSH Managing Safely certificate, I do risk assessments based on IOSH standards. 

I am a statistician and have experience in data analyzing, reporting & visualizing to build insights to use while making decisions.  I digitize the processes by coding and creating applications via using PowerApps to establish compliance measurement tools and automatize workflows & procedures which support the reporting of non-compliances wherever required.  And also I create dashboard reports by using SQL and PowerBI. 

Since I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate, I manage the projects by using lean six sigma tools and makes the processes easier, simpler, cheaper by removing, disabling, or changing the unproductive parts of the processes.
