About Me

I'm a senior inventory and supply chain professional with over 21 years of cross-functional experience in global retail and logistics—spanning inventory optimization, shrinkage control, process automation, digital transformation, and compliance management. I’ve worked with major international retailers such as Tesco, Carrefour, Watsons, and GMG, leading large-scale operations across MENA and Southeast Asia.

I specialize in end-to-end inventory management, having led the control of 10M+ units across 600+ stores and 450K+ SKUs. I’ve successfully reduced aged stock, shrinkage, and negative inventory through data-driven governance, root cause analysis, and system-level process improvements. I’ve also managed inventory domain transitions through three major mergers & acquisitions and spearheaded SAP S/4HANA and WMS blueprint designs and rollouts.

Beyond inventory, my passion lies in digitizing and automating operational workflows using Microsoft Power Platform. I build low-code PowerApps tools, automate processes with Power Automate, and visualize performance with Power BI—creating cost-free, user-friendly solutions that boost efficiency and control for businesses. These efforts are tightly integrated with SharePoint, Teams, and Planner, enhancing real-time collaboration and visibility.

As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder, I apply continuous improvement methodology to simplify, streamline, and scale processes that create real business value. I also hold an IOSH Managing Safely certification and apply TAPA standards to ensure robust security, risk, and compliance practices—especially in warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce environments.
